Artist "Encourages" People to Report ‘Illegal’ Comic Heroes

Artist Neil (Clavo) Rivas has created a series of posters called "Illegal Super Heroes" that highlight superheroes who would be “illegal” immigrants in the context of today’s politics. Each poster has a unique hotline number that, when called, will give a prerecorded bio of the hero as presented by the IEC.
