Superhero Simulations Make People More Altruistic

A new study published on Wednesday has found that people who experience superhero simulations, such as through the virtual reality video games used in the study, will act significantly more altruistic that people who have not experience such simulations. Violent Media not the cause of Violent People

Chris Ferguson, a professor of psychology and criminal justice at Texas A&M University, has written a piece for Time Magazine's website about politicians' use of violent media like video games as the cause of violent people and the continued lack of evidence to support this theory despite numerous studies.
